Local English Provence Lavender harvested locally from a farm in the County, is then both Cold and Hot infused over a 2 day period to do a deep extraction. This Syrup is so intense it can actually be used as a baking extract. It is a member of the mint plant family.

This Syrup is excellent in Coffee, Tea & Italian sodas. Also delicious on Pancakes, Waffles and Crepes instead of traditional Maple Syrup. My personal Favorites are in Cocktails/Mocktails and on my morning Yoghurt with Granola.
