Sourced from Madagascar these Bourbon Vanilla Beans are long and slender. They have thick, oily skin, strong vanilla notes and contain and abundance of tiny seeds. The Bourbon Vanilla beans are scraped then together with the inner seeds and outer Pod are hot infused at low heat over a long period of time.

This Syrup is excellent in Coffee, Tea & Italian sodas. Also delicious on Pancakes, Waffles and Crepes instead of traditional Maple Syrup. My personal Favorites are in Cocktails/Mocktails and on my morning Yoghurt with Granola.
