Help – Return Policies

We hope you are happy with your purchase from County Rd Coffee. We offer refunds on unused and “like new” items returned in their original box, subject to a restocking fee. Please refer to Shipping Damage or Mistakes for further information . For used items we offer credit based on the condition of the item. Store credit will be issued for orders returned after 60 days from the purchase date, no returns are accepted after 90 days.

Green Coffee

If you find that a coffee you selected is not matching its review, let us know as we can help figure out what the reason may be. Different people taste things differently and there are a number of variables in roasting, brewing and storage that can impact the flavor. We stand by our reviews, though that does not mean you will taste the same things as we do. We do not accept returns on coffee since it is a food product.

Please request our return form. We may also be able to resolve the issue via email before you have to send it back! Please print and fill out our return form include it with your return package to the address on the box. We process returns once a week and you will be contacted by email when your return has been processed.

Roasted Coffee

Shipping Damage & Mistakes

Please open and inspect your package as soon as you receive it. If your shipment was damaged or you received incorrect merchandise, please email us at countyrdcoffeeco@gmail.com with photos as soon as possible and we will take care of the issue. Damaged merchandise must be reported within two weeks of delivery.
